GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- PERIOD: The period of lease is for 03 nights and maximum of 90 nights.
- RESERVATIONS: Reservations are made through the internet. To confirm the reservation, the payment should be made part of the value of the lease through bank deposit (for customers who are in Brazil) or by international transfer (for customers who are abroad).
- PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT: The value of the lease minus the amount paid in reserve + the deposit should be made on the check-in at the apartment. The payment must be made in cash (do not accept payment by check, credit card or debit card). The value of the deposit varies according to the apartment and the time of hire and will be returned at the end of the lease against the delivery of the keys.
- TRANSPORT OF ARRIVAL TO THE APARTMENT: In over 05 nights lodging, transportation from Rio de Janeiro international or domestic airport or from the Rio de Janeiro bus station to the apartment may be a courtesy on the day of arrival to Rio de Janeiro. Please, check the availability of this service at the time of your booking, stating the day and time of your arrival.
- CONSERVATION AND CLEANING: The apartment must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered. The guest may request cleaning service and change of bed linen and bath. In this case, it will be charged the value of both services. On leases of 30 or more nights, will be charged a cleaning service and change of bed linen will be conducted on a date to be combined with the guest.
- FEES: All fees are included in the value of the lease (condo rate, water, energy and gas), except the account of energy leases on more than 30 nights.
- CHANGE OF DATES: If there is a need to change the arrival date (check-in) or the date of leaving the apartment (check-out), please, check the availability.
- CANCELLATION: The amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the customer. However, in certain circumstances, customers will have the option to change the lease period, depending on the availability of the apartment.
- NEW YEAR'S EVE and CARNIVAL: During the New Year's Eve and Carnival the studios and apartments are availables just for packages of 05/07 nights. The amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the customer.
- PETS: It will not be allowed pets in the apartment.
