The terrace has a nice green view to the Copacabana's hills (Natural Reserve of State Park of Chacrinha). The building has 24-hours cover by door staff.
The studio (40m²) is fully furnished and equipped: 02 single beds (with covers for cushions & pillows, night sheets, towels for bathroom), air conditioning, fan, table & chairs, color TV 14” with remote control, refrigerator and microwave oven and cooking facilities. The studio has a private bathroom with shower and a private kitchen.
